The wide-gap hook is made from high-carbon steel and combines a relatively thin wire diameter with the strength needed to withstand heavy loads. The increased space between the hook shank and point leaves room for bulky soft-plastic bodies while supporting reliable penetration and hooksets.
The round lead head provides controlled bottom contact, while the molded double-collar keeper holds the bait securely on the hook shank and helps reduce damage to soft and salt-loaded plastics.
