Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on your location and carrier service.

Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it at the buyer’s expense.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Carrier delays can happen. If your tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive your package, please contact the carrier first and then email us. We’ll do our best to help.
