These Terms of Service govern your use of the FishTrailCo website and your purchases from FishTrailCo. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. Product images are provided for reference, and actual colors may vary because of screen settings, lighting, packaging updates, or normal manufacturing differences.

Product measurements, weights, quantities, materials, and specifications are based on the information available to us and may be subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances unless otherwise stated.

Product Safety & Intended Use

Fishing tackle may include sharp hooks, pointed components, small parts, and products containing lead. Review all product labels, instructions, warnings, and applicable local regulations before use.

Keep fishing tackle away from children and pets. Handle hooks and sharp components carefully. Wash your hands after handling products containing lead, and do not use lead products in locations where they are prohibited.

Products must be used only for their intended purpose and in a safe and lawful manner.

Shipping & Returns

Order processing, shipping, delivery, returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.

International Orders

Customers placing international orders are responsible for complying with applicable import laws, customs requirements, and product restrictions in the destination country.

International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or import charges unless those charges are collected at checkout.

FishTrailCo does not control customs processing times, import restrictions, or additional fees imposed by the destination country, customs authority, or carrier.

You may use this website only for lawful personal or commercial shopping purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the website, gain unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, misuse website content, or use the website in violation of applicable law.
