Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.

• If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect — we cover return shipping

• Otherwise, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility

Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Non-returnable items
Used items, opened products, and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Exchanges
The fastest way is to place a new order and return the original item (if eligible).
